Band Instrument Rentals
At City Music we have a comprehensive school band instruments rental program that is second to none. Each week our education representatives visit your school to keep your child’s instrument in top condition.
We rent all school band instruments through our affordable rent-to-own program. For instance, a like-new trumpet can be rented for $18 a month. Each month you rent it you are closer to owning it!

New and Like-New Instruments
All of our brass, woodwind and string instruments are quality name brands you can trust and meet tough quality guidelines set forth by manufacturers, our quality control & repair technicians and many music educators.
Instrument Exchange and Upgrade Options
Your instrument may be exchanged at any time for an intermediate model or different instrument. In some cases, up to 24 months of credit may be applied toward the balance of the new instrument.
Instrument Purchase Option
With our rent-to-own program, you may continue making monthly payments and apply the Base Rent paid towards the lease-purchase price at any time.
Cancel at Any Time
Because this is a month-to-month rental program, there is no minimum term and you may return the instrument at any time without further obligation.
Big Cash Purchase Discounts
We offer cash discounts to our customers interested in purchasing any of our new or like-new instruments (even if renting). We will match or beat any competitor’s advertised price.
Loss/Damage Coverage
For a small monthly fee, your instrument can be covered against loss, theft or damage beyond repair through our M&R, or Maintenance and Replacement Program. Loaner instruments are provided to students (when available) while our certified service professionals tend to the instrument in need of service. It’s peace of mind you can count on.

We say YES when others say NO! We offer a rental plan for just about any credit situation and are extremely flexible with the approval process. In most cases, our customers are approved in minutes.
